1. Ferry service Sape-Waikelo, between Sumbawa Island and Sumba Island would be economist if operated directly using Ferry Motor Vessels.
2. Development of Seaport Benete and Tanjung Lalar, both ports have a good prospect to developed for sustain good mining exploitation in West Sumbawa Areas.
3. Development of Bima Port, and Bima Airport, for anticipating for KAPET Bima (Integrated Economic Development Zone).
4. Development of New International Airport in Central Lombok, include with the highway connecting Mataram-New Airport-Kuta Resort, for anticipating the future air transportation in West Nusa Tenggara, especially for tourism, and export.
5. Development of the dockyard and small-scale container port in Lembar, at the moment the ferry vessels should be docked in Surabaya or Semarang.
6. Development of Marina Resort connecting Senggigi and Gili's Islands.
7. Development of transportation Lombok-Darwin, for both air and sea transportation.
8. Development of Tourist Vessels, for serving Tourism Object in Nusa Tenggara.
9. Development of main road, along the southern coast of Lombok and Sumbawa.

Taking into consideration the potential resources available in the province and bearing in mind importance of cooperation between the government of Australia and Indonesia, especially for transportation, some opportunities for cooperation, as the following:
1. Joint venture, between government and private institution from both sides in some economic and business activities.
2. Investment, specifically on the Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, Mining, Industry, Tourism and Investment, Property Investment, transportation and other strategically industries.
3. Technical assistance, on transportation management and development.
