TMy wife and I got to know Agung when we were evaluating a land site in Sire, Lombok a few years back. That purchase didn’t go through in the end, but we kept in touch with Agung over the years. Throughout my dealings there were several emails and phone calls, and I can safely say Agung responded to all of them, his English is very good and he is keenly proud of his Balinese roots. I found him to be honest in his approach and methods of dealing with land owners to assess realistic prices, often lower than agents. We did see some of his suggested land plots, though none were purchased, I eventually decided on a plot from an alternative source. Agung kindly offered to still assist in any way that I required. Having considered the circumstances and his dealings with other referenced buyers – I decided to ask if he would agree to be my Nomine.

He agreed and is now the legal Nominee for part of my project in Lombok.

Agung did not let us down and after 4 separate trips we finally found our dream block which really in the end is the easy part as the legalities in Indonesia is testing. Again Agung came to the rescue and talked us through how it all works. We finally made the deal and await the stamped certificate from the title office as it does take some time to arrange this Agung is now helping by introducing us to building contractor and architects some of which created resorts like Quinci villas and sudamala resort ,Agung has a wealth of knowledge and contacts which we find very very helpful I think the big problem anyone has in dealing with these types of transactions is honesty and because of all the double certificates that you hear about I think you really have to have someone like Agung to help achieve the end result

After unsuccessfully searching for a suitable residential plot of land in Thailand for several years, our thoughts turned to Indonesia, and more specifically, Lombok. Having received poor service from several local real estate agents, we were referred to Agung. The next day, Agung invited us to his home in Mataram and at once, Agung presented himself to be as someone who was helpful, professional, and, more importantly, someone who was going to listen to our requests. We were tired of agents trying to sell us pieces of land that they wanted to sell, rather than a piece of land that fit our requirements. Agung then spent some time trying to source a suitable plot.
